Crochet Lace....the mystery is solved.
I bought this because I enjoy crocheting with thread. This book, for me, was the missing link..the information I lacked in one easy to follow along book. It starts with the history of crochet and uses it to show you how they did it back then and how you can mimic what they did today. If you want to design your own crochet lace clothing items--this is a fantastic book to break it down into a simple process. I see crochet lace in a whole new way after reading this book. I started on page one and could not put it down until the last page. If crochet lace has been a bit of a mystery to you, then I believe you might want to acquire a copy of this book. The mystery is solved inside the covers of this book. Photos, graphs, drawings, and words.I bought this because I enjoy crocheting with thread.
