When I received the Nativity Set, 2 pieces were broken. Damaged during shipment. I returned it to the seller. He did reimburse me original purchase and shipping amount. I sent the package back at a cost of $24. I asked for that reimbursement too. Because the damage to the set was not my fault. I did not want to keep it as it was to be a gift. No one wants a broken Nativity set. I have heard nothing about my request for the additional reimbursement. Poor packaging caused this.
