Disney's animated movie 'The Lion King' is the story of a young lion named Simba and his father Mufasa. Simba is to inherit the lion kingdom from his father, but after his uncle, Scar, kills his father, he is manipulated by Scar into thinking it is somehow all his fault. His heart is heavy with grief and shame and he leaves the kingdom. The story follows Simba's journey into adulthood and his later return to reclaim his kingdom. This movie is great for kids of all ages. I had to get it the first day that this came out, it's just a must-have. It has incredibly fun songs that will have you singing along in no time. Not to mention that the characters are incredible as well. Timon and Pumbaa are sure to make you laugh with their 'Hakuna Matata' lifestyle. This movie incorporates humor, adventure, love, and drama perfectly. This movie is about all the ups and downs of life and being able to face your problems, and in Simba's case he must take on his responsibilities of adulthood that he ran away from.
