‘Twas a nice looking item. Said it has warranty. The seller neglected to mention the background ight didn’t work. Now I must ship it back to manufacturer to repair the light. The machine works well aside from the light. I can’t say if it was damaged during shipping. It was packed carefullyi don’t like reshipping things. Things can happen. . Don’t take this negatively. There was video of the blender on in the listing. This year did not come with the lighted numbers unfortunately. The buyer would have been told the same by Vitamix. They made some earlier ones with the lighted numbers but in more recent years they were just white with no light behind them.
