Says item new but I thought it said item was used. The box is damaged a little but items inside are packed as if it was new. Maybe bought new never used but box got bumped around..this could also be because it wasn't packaged in a box, was packaged in a white shipping bag. But delivery was very fast! My autistic 5year old son will be very happy Christmas morning!!
