Sold me a defective product. Seller was curt and unhelpful. Accused me of a) jamming an object in the spout to break the kettle b) switching the kettle they sent for another c) willfully breaking it myself. A seller to avoid. Postage was needlessly expensive. Kettle description was deceptive. It was not Buckingham kettle as it appeared, it was a cheaper version, without quiet boil feature, and a window to see water level on only one side, so not ambidextrous or suitable for left handed people.

So the real reason of your return is at the bottom of the feedback. You returned a brand new item with no packaging or manual in such a disgusting state and you can clearly see its been damaged deliberately and was not a manufacturer defect. What you brought is what you received as per your return pictures. No one accused you I said the item needs to be checked once returned for the above reasons. As soon as you are reported you leave this. And we hadn't advertised a Buckingham kettle at all!!!
