Beware of items that are not returnable, they have issues. Wig I received was supposed to be straight. Someone had previously worn it and tried to curl it. It looks nothing like the photo which I am sure is a manufacturers photo. This curling wasn't from being stored. It was a previously used item that wasn't disclosed. Hence the non-returnable. Lesson learned, won't order from this company again. Contacted seller and they were a no response.
