    My original seat belt wire broke off causing a constant seatbelt chime, (annoying). I took it to a mechanic , and his fix was to disable the chime by completely removing the wires. I eventually bought this product. My son and I removed the seats and installed the seat belt. easy fix, just a little time consuming. It is a perfect fit, high quality, and durable. And my son and I repaied the seatbelt when it was supposed to be fixed the first time by the mechanic.

    EXACT OEM REPLACEMENT

    Installed on 2006 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab, driver’s seat, closest to the center console. Product is identical to the oem belt assembly. To install without removing the drivers seat, move the passenger seat all the way forward, use a #45 torx bit on a long ratchet extension, push extension through the lower gap of the center console and move the drivers seat so the fastener aligns with the torx extension. Remove existing fastener and reach under seat to disconnect the wiring harness.

    Perfect replacement

    Product fit as expected. Electrical connect snapped right in. 2005 Dodge Dakota extended cab SLT. Do not get fooled by other online sources who will sell you the version with NO wire and claim it is correct. This is the correct part.
