    Prompt shipping and fast seller response to questions. Laptop seems to be in great shape, though came with the batteries drained (probably left in sleep mode, as they seem fine after charging) and one sticky keycap (easily cleaned), very minor, everything perfect otherwise. Thanks!

    The laptop is clean, and mostly in good conditon. However there is some substantial damage to the bezel on the screen. The bezel pops off when you open/close the lid and pick up the laptop. I would categorize this damage as more than wear and tear. I have contacted the seller to see if they can send me a replacement bezel. I dont expect a brand new pristine part, just one good enough that it will stay on. I will update this review accordingly if the seller and I can come to an agreement.

    Seller initially agreed to getting me a bezel. But in between messages constantly said that I just needed to clip the bezel back in. I explained several times that the clips were snapped off. Seller tried to blame the damage on me and canada post despite the package being pristine. I never tampered with the device. Seller then went on to complain about customers that have sent back damaged devices and shipping return costs.
