(30mbps MAX download, 1mbps MAX upload). Usually when I buy these optiplexes, they are a steal and STILL come with name-brand SSDs like WD's and Samsungs. Plus, they usually just use the built-in WiFi cards these units typically come with. This was very overpriced but fortunately I had the parts to make it not terrible. Fortunately, I had an extra power supply, so I could test the computer, and it worked without issues. After some excellent communication, we resolved the power supply issue, and I am happy. I have purchased from Discount Computer Depot multiple times and have always been happy with the results. Note this system comes with an SSD drive, but has a slot for an nvme drive if you wish to upgrade.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
