Item not new in unused condition as described. Seals missing, numerous scratches on surface, corrosion on internals, flints well worn. Contacted seller and they insinuated I was accusing them of scamming. Product was not "new unused" seller refused refund. Escalated case through EBay and PayPal

This is a case of the bait and switch-over a lousy $15 order
all my zippos were from a sealed case-not one bad order, i guess some people will stoop to any level to get something for free
