Lightweight with great quality and features
I've only had this printer a short time, but love the smaller size than my old canon printer. The print quality is excellent, even when I printed a couple of DVD's. I'd gladly recommend this printer to anyone.

Okay For Office Work
There's a lot under the hood of this printer, so get ready to download the 328 page Users Manual PDF to get the most out of it. Right out of the box, the print quality was very disappointing. Nowhere near what I'm accustomed to with HP printers. Then I realized I had to go into the "Properties" box and customize it to my liking. That took some time, many ways to tweak it, but once I did, the print quality improved. However, it's still a far cry from the crisp, clean black text and vibrant color graphics that HP delivers. A side-by-side comparison made that crystal clear. Also, the paper trays are cheap, flimsy and unnecessarily complicated. I'm using the USB connection to keep things simple, so can't comment on wifi or wireless issues. The XP-7100 is okay if you're just printing out office ... Awsome pictures prints are better than from the studio (with the really good photo paper) can also print directly from phone. Great printer if you don't do firmware upgrade! PLEASE NOTE DO NOT UPDATE FIRMWARE if you do the only ink you will be able to use is the Epson store bought ink (expensive) if you do not update firmware you can still use the remanufactured & second party ink cartridges.
