About this product

Product Information

From his ethereal songs performed with partner Art Garfunkel that captured Dustin Hoffman's existential angst so perfectly in 1967's THE GRADUATE, to the world-jazz-pop fusion of his 1980's solo work, Paul Simon has been one of the most interesting and important figures in pop music history. This release is the video companion to his YOU'RE THE ONE album, and features Simon performing its songs, plus several from his entire career, at a spectacular Paris concert. And Simon does not stiff his audience; overall, he performs twenty-seven of his hits. Phew.

Items were exactly as described (still in original packaging!), and were promptly shipped, and the seller even threw in free shipping! I am very happy to have found these hard-to-find items, at a very reasonable price, and the seller was a joy to deal with. I would highly recommend this seller.

Was looking for a used ps2 for around $100 Canadian, that wasn't a buyer beware situation. This was delivered on time, as described, & plays nicely right out of the package. A great seller, thank you!

  • Must have.

If you enjoy Paul Simon at all, you must see/own this DVD. Great mix of the new with the old plus some of the old in the new style. A perfect example of an artist who is never content with his work - it simply keeps getting better. It is just cool to watch him pour his heart and soul into each of the 25+ songs. A+

  • Blown away!

WOW. So many great songs and such great renditions performed live. The accompanying band rocks too. He does some of the "You're the One" album stuff and mixes in ALOT of his hit classics (Still crazy, kodachrome, late in the evening) I LOVE THIS DAMN THING! Watching this in 5.1 Surround is the way to go as well. With all the intricacies of the big band it will blow you away.
