Negative experience not positive(it let me put neutral or negative), I sent them photos on how the package arrived. Asked for a return slip and a refund since one shock was missing and the other was fully extended. I’m sure fedex was part of the cause on how the shocks arrived but it’s been 24 hours with no reply from the seller on getting a return package slip and money back request.
