They were very cheap and made of plastic. This should have been on the ad. It was not when we read it and was the reason we went with this seller. After spending another $150 beyond the already high price was not worth it in our opinion. The iMac was dropped and the box was ripped and taped with tape but not shipping tape; the iMac seems fine though and we hopefully are covered by Allstate.
