I never noticed the damage or I would have certainly disclosed in the listing and any email question. I believe the buyer that the item was damaged before shipping and immediately offered a full refund upon return.

Excellent guitar, possibly the best value for your dollar on the market.
I also own a PRS Custom 24 10 Top and this is very close to the much more expensive top of the line model in both tone and playability. The action and playability are so close I do not think I could tell the difference blindfolded. I find the pickup selection much more user friendly in the Standard 24-08 configuration than the 5 position rotary switch of the Custom. The Custom 24 does have better overall tone and significantly better sounds in the 2 & 4 positions. Obviously the flamed top of the Custom is far prettier than the Standard but that does not mean the Standard is not a beautiful instrument, it is. Bottom line, this is an excellent guitar and well worth the money and may be the best value for your dollar I have ever seen. Incredible value. This is like guitar # 200+, have had it going on 2 weeks, I've had PRS, before, and I'm sure it was good, but for some reason, everything about this guitar suits me. This is the se 2408, which the splitting system isn't something I particularly need, simple split coil pull pot would suffice, still having split coil and these specific pups, is mandatory for my diff types of music. The action came low out of the box which is appreciated, the frets are fat and accurate, the finish is great, the pups are better than I had expected, though I may still upgrade, which may have me just returning to these, hard to day. I'm glad this isn't he zebra/two tone pups, I'm changing out the blonde pup rings and switch cap to black, and will buy PRS locking tuners. The stk tuners ... Incredible value. I have a few guitars this is the least expensive why do I love playing this guitar? PRS I can’t figure this out Seven strats, Four Les Pauls, three Fire birds, one Explore , three es 345, and so on ! Oh it just a great guitar!
