    Nice for decorating, but...

    The only issue I have with this thermometer is that it’s nice for decorating your home or cabin, but if you want to actually know the temperature you’re going to have to work at it. The tin display is pretty and well made, but the thermometer is very small. Plus, you have to learn to be close enough, with your reading glasses on, in the right amount of light, and at the perfect angle to read it. So, if you want it for getting a quick reading on the temperature, this may not be the best choice. If you just want it for decorating, it’s perfect.
