Boots were in very good, pre-owned condition. There were some minor defects that did not stand out in the photos. Seller was prompt about responding to my question and shipped quickly. The only downside to this transaction was the lack of care in how the boots were packed for shipping. Tape was barely adhered to package and there was no packing material for added protection. I'm satisfied with my purchase overall but definitely room for improvement by seller.

There were a few marks, as shown, which were easily removed and the brim was just a tad bent but judicious application of proper pressure adjusted it to almost perfect Hat was well packaged and arrived a day before it was supposed to. Hat looks brand new and I paid less than half for a new Stetson. I will be purchasing from this seller again
