Seller sent item quickly although USPS lost/misplaced the item, ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT on the seller. Item showed 12 days after the delivery date, "two days" after opening a claim. My ONLY issue is the seller insisted I get my "refund from USPS", not understanding "shipping issues" can ONLY EVER be initiated by the person whom ships any item: the SELLER, ALL burden lies on the seller, eBay policy! If the item hadn't showed, eBay was ready to refund me and suspend sellers account, KNOW the POLICY.
