When you have an inconvenience does not help you to solve in the best way and prefers not to respond, I requested a cancellation of an order kindly for the reason that I found the same item more complete and to recover my money I had to enter a return ticket in which only the value of the item is returned but not the value of shipping, this was not right because he had not sent me the item.
