I am so sorry that happened. there must have been multiple security tags because I watched the cashier remove one. I never thought there would be two. I just didn't end up using this bag and couldn't return it because it was way past the return window and I had not kept my reciept. I hope you were able to get it off? This happened to me once with a pair of pants and I went to a local store and they removed it,
