  • Typical Rugrats mix-ups -- with a happy ending!

When the babies mis-hear "meaning" of Hanukkah as "Meanie," they set out to put the "Meanie of Hanukkah" in his place. Meanwhile, Angelica is angry because she's missing her Christmas special and goes off in search of a TV, while and Boris renews an old feud over who is the star of the synagogue play ... It all comes out OK in the end, but of course, I'm not goin g to spoil it. What I like about this series is that it has some obviously Jewish characters -- a rarity on TV.

  • Rugrats-A Rugrats Chanukah

I am a huge Rugrats fan, so anything they do is fine with me. I love the fact that mixed in with the 1,000's of Christmas videos there is at least one adorable Chanukah video that the Jewish children in my childcare can relate to. The story is retold in the usual Rugrats fashion with plays on words and a different point of view (through the eyes of a child). It's a wonderful Chanukah treat.
