THIS SELLER IS A BAD ACTOR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Accused me of scamming in a false review when her Dept 56 house arrived to me broken and I tried to negotiate a discount at her shop rather than return the item. All I got from them was a lousy $10 refund. DO NOT BUY DEPT 56 ITEMS FROM THIS SHOP!
