When looked closer and in the light it has about a 3 sq. in. damaged area that you can see and feel on the surface that appears to be patched. looks like a drywall patch. Asked for to have it replaced since the add shows 10 available, but only response I got after several attempts to contact them was to be able to return it. Too bad as I was looking forward to using it.

I know that the 4x 5” area will not last long but for the price I will give it a shot but will not cook hibachi on it as the shaper will scrape off finish where it was re-coated over rust area. Looks like medium grit sandpaper in area mentioned.
