Took 3 weeks to be delivered. Tracking info wrong and utterly impossible, in that it said it was delivered in less than 48 hours including over a Sunday, with a regular first class stamp, so I informed them immediately, provided detailed tracking info (time and date), and asked to confirm mailing address. They did not and instead told me “wait longer.” Does not understand they used a USPS first class stamp, which is clear by the tracking info and stamp on the envelope. Buyer beware.

This was shipped promptly after it was paid for to the address the buyer provided. We did provide a screenshot of the address to the buyer showing where it was sent. This was sent with eBay’s standard envelope tracking program, which has its own tracking. This was explained to the buyer, several times. The buyer was also advised to open a request for a refund but never did. Only messaged twice and never responded to the messages we sent. Demanded a refund but it said it was delivered.
