I've had enough. Package was delayed by 2 weeks. I messaged and they informed me it's because the package label was damaged. In the process of all this they claim to be away. I accidentally hit return item and now I'd be charged $14 if I confirm the return, which I haven't received. This is ridiculous I literally can't do anything but continue to wait it out. They did not send a single message informing me of a mistake within those 2 weeks. I made the first line of communication.
