    Saved the day!

    I have an older Broan in-ceiling Fan-Light-Heater. I have no idea what the model number is, the label fell off a long time ago. The bearings in the heater motor were shot, no way to repair it. After searching to try to find the model number, I ran across this little jem. It looked like it was the same heater. Well, it was! Dropped right in, and runs much quieter, really puts out heat! A little tip, if it looks the same, take a shot! Broan continues using the heater assembly long after it discontinues a particular model. Will be looking for a new exhaust fan assembly, very soon!

    the fan cage was so bent out of shape it was rubbing the housing when I turned the fan on after bending the cage several times it wasn't rubbing anymore but it still wobbles bad

    My experience with the heater assembly part that I received

    When I turn it on it sounds as if it’s falling apart! I truly think it’s gonna fall out the ceiling, heats a small bathroom somewhat warm. The original played out but was definitely better!
