They did not have the item they advertised and contacted me to cancel the order but the system will not let me cancel the order.

No. It was 1 battery we had left that had been listed over 45 days. We tested it before shipment found it did not charge so we did not send it. Since Ebay does not let the seller just cancel orders without notifying the buyer that is what we did. We requested the cancel with ebay, you got your payment back right away. I am sorry the transaction did not work out, I thought we were doing the right thing double checking before shipment. Your expectation that sellers test daily is not possible.
