    Still a Great Product

    The is a great tablet with the functionality of a laptop. After MS Office install, I use it for doctoral level classes. More than enough horsepower to do whatever you need to do. Easy to travel with. The battery life is decent. Only USB C. With the new model already out, this older model has a better Intel processor and a better overall value as the prices dropped.

    low ram for price, moderate performance, "hinge" is weak

    Should have launched at half MSRP, performs reasonably but not worth the price, freezes occasionally from relatively light usage. Great portability and screen, visually and touch interface but is difficult to use on a soft surface due to "hinge" design.

    Good product with some defects.

    The product is great, love the tablet pc, it's awesome. The only thing is that the screen kinda pops off a little so I have to push it back in. The product comes with no accessories but you can get both keyboard and pen for about 150$. Pen is about 50$ @frys and keyboard is 70-100$ @ebay. Thinking about getting the screen fixed which shouldn't cost much.

    Great price for the galaxy book 12. Didn't mind that it was open box and was pleasantly surprised that the keyboard lights up. Even though I was told that it did not . Just gotta press and hold fn and press f9 .
