    LG velvet

    By far the most impressive and convenient feature is a button on the side that accesses Google Assistant directly calling up applications and websites directly without using the phone at all very very useful however I have been unable to use the fingerprint sensor unable to program it this is an inconvenience to access any and all financial sites

    Could have been better

    Product was somewhat as described. Body and screen were very good with minimal scratches and blemishes. Battery only lasts 3/4 of the day. Batteries are cheap and if you really refurbished the phone, installing a new battery would have not been difficult and gone a long way to enhance the value of purchasing a used/refurbished? phone. I work on heavy equipment, and when I refurbish a unit the first thing I do is install new batteries. The last thing I want to hear from my customers is that they had trouble starting/running a piece of equipment because of something as small as bad batteries.

    Beautiful phone with great features, but not for me.

    Great features, but a very awkward sized phone. Literally kept flipping over backwards out of my hand. LG is making phones too tall and narrow lately (LG Velvet and V60), at least for me. Won't be buying LG anymore until they come out with reasonably sized alternatives...not everyone wants these over 6.5" phones.

    Velvet wonder

    Love my new LG velvet! Great display and very easy to navigate. Switched from LG 30 so it was very easy to transfer all my data over. So many features I am still learning but phone is a big improvement over the 30 model. Battery life is good also. For the price I rate this phone a very good buy.

    Wifi calling

    I'm so confused. Why doesn't it have wifi calling? When you tell google turn it on, it will pop up... It's literally not where it should be in the settings... One of the only things on the phone that doesn't work. I rely on it.. Where I so happens to be a black whole for service.... Every internet search comes up empty.. Saying it's just in the settings. I've had the lg g4, V20, v30, v50... I knew where it was.. Why wouldn't it be here? So strange but important.
