Very, very well packaged, takes a oxygen/ acetylene cutting torch to open the taped packaging! (Just kidding) a pair of scissors will open the envelope. Super fast shipping, item as described, will probably purchase some more from this seller. Thank you, Ted.

LOL...I had one of those envelopes magically come open and loose a Kennedy half that was in the OGP cellophane when I sent it, so I started taping the edges of the envelopes to prevent that. I get frustrated when people over wrap stuff so I know what you mean. Glad you got yours intact. Let me know what else you need and I'll see what I might have. I've been working on upgrading albums so most of the coins I have for sale have been in my collection for many years. Enjoy...and thnx again.

Seller refunded my total payment when the item disappeared at a mail facility and was never shipped from that stop. I offered to go 50/50 but my offer to EBay was never acknowledged. I want to thank the seller for his standing tall and taking the hit when it wasn’t his fault or nor did he have any control once he gave control to the post office. Instances like this could prove deadly to his future in business. The postal system must have methods to track every item in their control!
