    This is THE most complete guide to making homemade pasta of all kinds & flavors I have ever seen. Each step is photographed & explained in easy form. Some specialized equipt can be used....OR just by hand. It is fun & healthy to make ny own FRESH gourmet artisan pasta now! AND SO EASY!!!! I'll never buy store bought pasta ever again. Beautiful glossy photos on every pages. Very inviting book. This is appropriate for beginners all the way to advanced cooks. SO MANY CLEVER IDEAS & TECHNIQUES! 10 stars!!!!
