    A Film Like No Other

    Dune is a very good Sy-Fy film. It is bizarre, but once you get into it you will find it is unique. The reason why I like Dune, the story-line is great; and you have the whole good versus evil going on. It's a space saga different than Star Wars, it will never beat Lucas' masterpiece's, but it can stand on it's own. What I like about the product is it come in a steel case with Dune terminology, and the theatrical/extended editions are on one disc. There are no negatives about this film.

    Great product and price!

    I love the extended version of DUNE. I had this on vhs for the longest time and I was fortunate enough to find the extended version on dvd. Only complaint I have is that the dvd skipped over a couple scenes. I had to rewind them and I was able to watch the entire movie.

    David Lynch nah, Mr "Alan Smithee" is a far better storyteller

    The extended version was a revolution the first time I saw it. Though reworked to the point David Lynch no longer wanted his name on the film. The DNA of his work is still palpable. The Additions helped to fill some serious holes left in the theatrical version left do to editing for 'runtime's" sake. Well worth viewing.
