First, product was advertised as shipping from Jamaica, NY, USA. This location is a clearing house for items shipped from overseas. My items arrived over a week late and when opened was the wrong item. Happily, seller refunded the purchase price, which is great, but it doesn’t change that I’m without an item I needed and now have to find a different vendor, who really ships from the USA. The shipping delay seems to be a common theme in reviews.
