    definite delight

    I became familiar with John Prine in the 70's thru friend of mine. But only recently did I begin acquiring his work. This "Great Days" is really fine collection of songs Prine considered his best. I knew much from the 70's: illegar smile, hello in there, donna and lydia, etc etc, real classics. But was unfamiliar with things he did after that. So much was new to me, and all Prine at his best. Definitely recommend it for yourself, or for someone who will appreciate his poetic skill, storytelling, his music, and unending sense or humor.

    CD's In Near Mint Condition!!!

    CD's were in near mint condition. Very pleased. The discs for this box set are very hard to find. To get them in great condition was quite a surprise.

    John Prine is the Best of all the best

    Discoved by Kris Kristofferson when Prine was only 290 year's old, and as Kristofferson said back then, " he's only 20 year's old and write's like he's 200 year's old. Prine is one of the best singer song writer's to this very Day.
