Seller offer to send a replacement unit when one of the buttons wasn’t working. Ended up being a firmware issue (had to downgrade to 11.3.7) and the button started to work. Works great now in Cisco 8861. Came with back stand and USB/serial plug as well. Shipping cost was a bit high but the item was packed very safely and professionally. Seller communicated very well and replied to all my questions quickly.
