I had a wonderful experience. Evan promptly responded to all my questions before and after purchase. He even helped me with pre-packaging some of the components of my purchase. His associates assisted me loading up the heavy statue into my SUV and provided some extra packaging materials that made sure it got to its destination 500 miles away without a scratch to it or to my vehicle. Spent well over 100 for shipping. Package showed up mangled in three random cheap boxes taped together with broken sticks, holes in box, and broken bench. What a waste of 500+ dollars. If you're going to charge people that much for shipping, their package should reflect the charge and be protected and not cheaply done. Extremely disappointed and upset. I would NEVER do business with this person again.
