    When things are not really NEW

    I purchased the product as NEW but the product has already be registred by another owner, which has not released it. Due to the fact that the battery stopped working after 2 week I am not able to get any service, because I cannot register the product at Microsoft. So the purchase has been a failure because the computer was not really NEW and is not working.
