Everyone should have one of these!
First off, let me say that this is the perfect keyboard to use with the iPad, since it doesn't require any power. All you need is the camera connection kit and you can plug it right in to the iPad and start using it immediately with all kinds of music apps. Very cool. :) It took a bit of adjustment to get used to this keyboard, since it feels kind of ticky tacky like a computer keyboard, and is hard to play fast with. I like that it's pressure sensitive, though. I write music on a small bed and the keyboard is the perfect size for that, as well as being easy to bring to work with me to use on my lunch break. I like that it's lightweight and thin. Be careful with the narrow usb jack on the side...it bends pretty easily, but if you break it, at least you're not out a lot of money. I wish ... The Korg nanoKEY is exactly what you pay for: a pressure-sensitive, two octave keyboard that is is, well, wimpy. My lower F key falls off every half hour or so and the alt keys mostly just get in the way; however, the sensitivity of the keys is impressive and the device slips easily next to my laptop in its case. Really fun to use, the bluetooth midi connection is almost like alien technology. $50 off a copy of ableton is pretty cool. would recommend to the homie.
