About this product

Product Information

Join Officer Hart on a quest to save his partner and the world from BEDA, a corporation helping out an alien race, in Vice: Project Doom. At his disposal, Hart has a variety of weapons, including a whip, a .44 Magnum, and grenades. He'll need them as he battles through stage after stage of BEDA's advanced technology trying to stop him. Along the way, he can pick up extra ammo, meat and medicine for healing, and coins (100 will get you an extra life). Most levels are 2-D platform, but you will also experience an overhead car chase as well as a behind-the-back shooter level. The game ends with a climactic battle with BEDA's leader, Damian Hawke. If you can't make it to him without your game ending a few times, though, don't worry. You have unlimited continues.

Extremely fast shipping. Cartridge was packaged safely and securely, and it arrived in the exact condition as described. Started it up with no issues at all. Great deal on this less common game. Phenomenal eBay'er and a pleasant experience overall! Thanks again!

  • Fun and somewhat challenging

One of the better NES games. Nice little cutscenes inbetween levels similar to Ninja Gaiden that convey the story. Good gameplay that is mostly side scrolling action/platforming but also switches to driving sections and shooting sections inbetween certain levels. It's something that makes this a more unique NES experience. If you're into NES games than I'd make sure to pick this one up.

  • Vice: Project Doom Review NES

With a total of 11 stages, you know this game will take you awhile. I've currently only played through 3 stages, but I have found them to be challenging and worth spending more time playing. I initially bought this game because I remember reading the review many years ago in the Nintendo Power magazine. I was amazed at how big it was for a game of the time. It is a 2-D scrolling adventure similar to Castlevania, mixed in with a few car driving stages similar to Spy Hunter. The stages initially start out easy, but get progressively harder and fast paced. Unlike some games where the boss-AI follows a set pattern, to me it seems to be randomized so you don't really know what to expect. The controls are easy to figure out and the enemies are rather challenging for a game of its ...

  • Awesome game

If you like platforms side scrolling games , then. You’ll love this one. Very bizarre worlds , plays great. You can use 3 different weapons. On all my 770 Nes games this one are on my top 5.
