There wasn’t communication from the seller. The seller advertised an item as one thing but sent me another. Upon arrival the item was not new open box but clearly dirty and used. Further the item was for a different iPad all together. It was advertised as for the pro 11 but really was for the iPad Pro 12.9. Awaiting a response from the seller for the mistake but from previous reviews don’t see a response happening.
