Received two door handles. The one is unnusable as the master code does not work. There are also no instructions on how to do a master reset and no response from the seller after three days. We tried searching Google to no avail. Second door handle had a manufacturing defect and the handles did not fit together. We were able to remove the square insert shaft so the dummy handle would fit on the receiving hand.
