I have supplied hundreds of this type of certified electronic NEW meter without any issue so if you had an issue why did you not contact me before giving me negative feedback ? if you had I could have advised /assisted etc .You report simply that your meter " was not working " kwh meters only function when the meter is wired correctly and energy is then registered by the meter so my next question is was the meter wired correctly by a qualified person eg electrician as advised and required ?
