Controller was in new unused condition, no problems with it.. But listing should have been "New - Open Box," because frankly, the plastic of the OEM packaging was totally ripped apart, and only stays together thanks to the seller's generous clear packing tape job. The original packaging's condition clearly changed sometime after the listing's pics were taken. That said, the price Was still Accurate even considering all I've stated, and the transaction was good. Would still recommend to others.

Item arrived and in good shape. I don't know if this was an open box, or return, but it was not sealed, and the manual had Little falls at the corners turned up. This to me looks as if it was a store return and open box. That being said if it works I will still be happy with my purchase. The price was good and I know this is a fine product if it works well. I just think the seller needs to list it more accurately that's all.
