Seller responded well, packed the way I asked and that saved the glass inside even though UPS smashed and bent up the outside metal corners of the item. UPS and USPS drops and beats the heck out of heavy items! Pack your heavy items for absolute war. The seller made a good attempt to protect the outside of the case and even double boxed it, but UPS are gorillas. In the end I'm happy with the purchase. Seller sent what they advertised and did what I asked. No problem with the seller. Thanks!
