The stone is wonderful, but the metal setting is missing its shiny finish in places around the top edge on one side and all together on one end. The original photos don’t convey that. I accept that there is no return for this item. I have many Charles Albert pieces and this is the first one that has had an issue. I will keep it as I like the stone, but I think it was overpriced for condition.

I'm sorry, I just saw this.We are an official Charles Albert reseller. Can you send a couple of photos of the problem and I can pass them on to Charles Albert. Perhaps I can convince them to reset the stone as alchemia, as I understand it, is not supposed to tarnish. Best, TJR1111.
