This buyer claimed that I sold a counterfeit Moen faucet to excuse buyer's remorse. My listing clearly stated that I uninstalled them from a new construction house and I already issued him a full refund even though his reason for return was nonsense. I have already sold 5 of them before this buyer and never received any complaints. Who makes a counterfeit Moen faucet anyway?
