Jacket was in good condition and seller was polite in their limited communications with me. That said, the buying experience was frustrating due to the seller not checking notifications. The item had not yet shipped by several days after the expected delivery date had passed; I messaged for an update, and they kindly offered to refund and I agreed… but then the seller just shipped the item anyways. In the end the shipping was delayed to the point I didn’t need the item anymore.
