Great Product!
Used for light gaming and productivity chip easily clocks to 3.5ghz harder to get stable at 3.6 but it is rb c2 rev so amazing it does as well as it does at 3.5ghz.... bf1 campaign etc all play great with a 1gb gpu and this CPU good for budget gaming!!! Will be ordering phenom six core soon!!!

This processor is one of the best value for money, no question. The performance for the price is so good that the next significant performance tier would cost you $70 more. Now, what are you getting for your purchase? You get a new triple core Phenom II processor from AMD which means better performance than the previous generation Phenom, plus a quieter processor with 'Quiet and Cool technology' and lower power consumption. You also get 6mb of L3 cache, which lower end models don't usually have. Since this is a Black Edition, this means having unlocked multipliers for easier overclocks! With an aftermarket fan and heat sink, overclocks of over 3.5Ghz is easily attainable (some say 3.7Ghz). Being an AM3 chipset, this also supports the newer DDR3 memory. Now, for the party piece, this ... This processor is one of the best value for money, no question. The performance for the price is so good that the next significant performance tier would cost you $70 more. Now, what are you getting for your purchase? This means there will be limited supply so buy one right now if you ever plan on getting one.

It is fast and easy to over clock, it is the Black version. It has the fast FSB speed as well as the other II series AMD CPU's. Before; I have owned the Athlon II x2 250, 3.0Ghz, but spend the extra money and get the Phenom Black version. (don't end up getting two CPU's like me). They both are very well priced but the Phenom 720 BLACK can be over-clocked higher than the 3.0Ghz speed of the athlon 250. Remember; that by having an over-clocking MotherBoard, you can overclock both Black & Non-black but the Black version is easier and much more stable at the higher overclock speeds.It is fast and easy to over clock, it is the Black version.
