THE Best Microphone In Its Class By Far!
I purchased this mic first from GC and returned it to purchase a Neumann BCM104. After paying > $1200 for the Neumann, I realized that the sound I got from my first NT1 was better than what I was getting from that mic. I returned the Neumann and ordered this from Amazon. This mic takes EQ and compression so easily. It is flat and moldable. It has a LOT of low end so you will need to deal with that but if you find the right placement and EQ for your voice, this mic is the best thing you will find until you spend into the over $1,500 category. No lie. Also, you get a complete mic package with this. In addition to the mic, you also get a shock mount, mic cable, usb cable (don't go this route if you want the best sound; use a proper audio interface), and pop filter. Everything is well made. I ...
